Here at Lil Ones Baby Boutique we pride ourselves in satisfying all customers with our products, however we understand that this cannot be the case all the time and in some cases not all customers are completely satisfied with their order.
If you are unhappy with your item we ask for it to be returned in its original condition (tags still on, no signs of item being used/worn) and packaging to the address below, within 14 days of the dispatched date. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded/exchanged and be returned back to you. Alongside your returned item we require you to put a note with your name, order number and reason for return so that we can ensure the correct and efficient return/exchange can be made. We aim to have all refunds/exchanges completed within 2 days of us receiving your returned item. All exchanges will receive credit to the value of the returned item, this credit will be valid for 6 months.
We have the right to refuse a refund/exchange should we believe that the item is not eligible for return. We will check your item within 2 days of us receiving it, this will be for any signs that the item has been worn (food marks, removed tags etc)- should this be the case we have the right to refuse your refund/exchange.
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed- thereafter there is no room for cancellation and items with be dispatched and charged.
Postage and Packaging charges cannot be refunded. We also do not hold any responsibility to cover any postage charges when an item is returned to us- we also cannot take responsibility for loss of items on return to us therefore advice items are returned using tracked/signed for postage.
